Some effects and simulations that I have done. Most of them are just simple testing clips so they are rather unpolished.

Effects

Here are some miscellaneous effects clips.

This is a test of smoke emission from a character. This effect is used to create the radioactive creature in the effects video Hunter Hunted.

Trying to simulate how the floor will behave when a strong destructive force emerges from the back of the room. A simple script was written to place the tiles nicely onto the ground. Forces were used to simulate the motion.

Generation of dust as a spaceship lands onto a desert. Dust maps are mapped onto sprites and wind/turbulence forces are added to control the motion.
